Refund and Returns Policy

LingerieCy hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

With Loveshop.cy you can return an order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances.

If the returned items are faulty, you have to send them back to us and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged due to misuse, overcharging, or lack of proper maintenance.

While you are receiving your parcel from Courier Service. Please check the parcel, if the seal is broken or if the box is damaged.

In case of damaged box or broken seal, file a formal complaint to respective postal/courier service and let us know as early as possible.

We will assist you to claim your money refund or to receive again your ordered product.

Unwanted goods
LingerieCy will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days (shipment charges apply) – no questions asked!
Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken.

Faulty or incorrect goods
If a product is damaged, please, call us on +357 97424232 or contact us via email sales@lingeriecy.com. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods as soon as possible, so we can solve the problem quickly for you.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. LingerieCy works on a same day dispatch system, so please try to cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
Also note that if your order was dispatched before your order cancellation, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund money.

Lingerie and sexy clothing
If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for, then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please remember to keep your knickers on though!
You will also need to make sure all labels are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.
We are really sorry to say that this policy does not apply to stockings, Latex clothing due to hygiene reasons. If items have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going to a Size chart for a larger size or contact us by phone +357 97424232 and ask help from our colleagues.

Refunds
Refund cannot be issued until we receive the item back and checked by one of our colleague.

How to return an item
Please return the faulty product back to us in a discreet packaging with the same courier as you have originally received the product. We mainly use domestic courier companies such as ACS, AKIS EXPRESS, GENIKI METAFORIKI.
