How can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us straight away either by call at +357-97424232 or email us at sales@lingeriecy.com and let us know the reason of cancellation, product change or product return.
Is my order packed discreet? Does it show the sender?
We send orders in plain brown boxes or mailing nylons. No indication on outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unwanted mail. Unless you subscribe to our newsletter.
In how many days I will receive my order?
Delivery takes approximately 24 hours if you chosen courier office pick up. Orders made before 10 AM will be same day dispatch.
Home delivery takes approximately 2-3 working day (remote areas might take a bit longer)
How can I track my order?

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order online with your credit card or cash on delivery (some ACS office accepts payment by credit cards)
I am on holiday in Cyprus. How can I order?
You can still place an order on our website. You can request to deliver to your hotel (home delivery) or you can collect your order in the closest ACS office to you

How can I place an order if I live in North Cyprus?
No worries! We do deliver to North Cyprus as well! Choose the lingerie you wish to have on our website and contact with our representative.

Can I order from Greece?
We send orders to Greece only with online payment with GenikiTaxidromiki.Delivery time is 2-4 working days (remote areas might take longer). Shipping cost calculated by the system due to the weight of the order.
How can I return my item?
We accept only unopened, unused or unworn items that have packaging or tags. Returns and refund can be done for 14 days from the collection date!
If you wish to return your product, please send it back to us with ACS (35A VASILEOS PAVLOU STR, 3052 LIMASSOL). Please add a note in the order with your name, order number or invoice number and your mobile number)
What do I have to do if my product is faulty?
