LingerieCy values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your choosen lingerie, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Please don’t forget that you have up to 14 days from delivery of the order to change your mind and request your return online.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances.
How to return an item
Please return the faulty product back to us in a discreet packaging with the same courier as you have originaly reeived the product. We mainly use domestic courier companies such as AKIS EXPRESS and Geniki Taxydromiki.
